This is one of the most unprofessional uneducated ER rooms you will ever experience just look at the reviews. Sadly they have a DR. Named Nathan ellis he is the worst very judgmental and extremely arrogant and disrespectful. We will never go here you will end up dying . They also prescribed medication they can’t provide or authorize absolutely insane.

I am writing to share a critical and deeply regrettable malpractice experience at Intermountain Saratoga Springs ER on July 4, 2025, with emergency physician Dr. John Robert Dayton. At 7-weeks pregnant, I was misdiagnosed with a heterotopic pregnancy. This grave error by Dr. Dayton led directly to an UNNESSARY LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY at American Fork Hospital. The service was great and fast. but Billing is horrible. After my visit and first bill I paid in full and my balance was ZERO. and every month after I got bills. each month i was told to pay $174 on the bill. EVERY MONTH i checked it still said ZERO. but just this month I checked like I do every month when I would get them and the charge finally showed after 6 months… And yes I called and tried to get an answer but their phone system forwarded me to a hearing aid sales company that I dis not need.
