I am an 86-y-o widow living with my daughter and family. My rheumatology doctor called with the results of blood tests I had because of extreme swelling of my legs and feet. She was concerned that I might have a blood clot in my legs. She asked my dau to take me to an ER and get an ultra-sound of my legs. We have now come in twice the girl at the front desk her name is “Kelly“ also know as “Kiara” she has the worst attitude and is so unprofessional! She rolls her eyes stomps around like she has no care and she gives no sympathy or empathy towards situations! The first time I came in my son split his head open and was actively bleeding it was 3/4 inch deep and 2 in across he got 6 stitches in the top of his skull! Worst emergency room I have ever been to. Very unprofessional rude staff. If I had another life-threatening emergency I would go anywhere but here. If I live, I may regret ever visiting this ER.
Go literally anywhere else. My wife went here and they didn’t listen thoroughly to the severe issues she was having, they ran no tests and were not thorough in evaluating her symptoms. They just recommended she go get some over the counter medicine and sent her on her way. They then sent us a bill for $1,000 for literally a less than 30 minute visit where they did absolutely nothing. I went in with severe pain. Last time I was here, they seemed to want to get me in and out. This time I had two nurses that were so nice and helpful and the Doctor really listened to me and found what was wrong. He even drew me a nice picture of what was going on.
