This gym is seriously the best. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and truly great at what they do. There’s no toxic energy at all! Everyone leaves their ego at the door, which makes it such a positive and welcoming place to be. CrossFit has honestly made exercise fun for me again. There’s always something new to learn, and the workouts are varied, challenging, and fun. This gym has completely changed my life for the better. I have made lifelong friendships and my confidence has grown so much.
