Locked my endoscopy results behind an additional appointment, it's been years and I still have no idea what they found. In person appointment are for treatment, my results should be released to me.
Both my husband and I have each had two routine colonoscopies performed here in the past 5 years. As someone that has spent extensive time in a variety of health care facilities throughout the Capital Region and NYC in the past three years, I rate this facility and experience among the VERY BEST. The facility itself is immaculate. The staff from the bottom to top are exceptional. Dr Malamood and his team made us feel so comfortable. Have had to drive two different people here on 4 occasions. People are sacrificing a part of their day so someone can get there and home safely because they’re not allowed to drive after the meds/anesthesia. It’s not irrational to want to plan accordingly and have a rough estimate of when you’ll be able to get back to work or home. Here I sit in the parking lot at 4 PM after dropping someone off for a simple procedure that was to begin at 1:30!!!! They did call me and tell me there would be delays but it’s over an hour past ... read more
I just had my first endoscopy and it was here! I was so nervous walking into the building, and all staff members truly made me feel relaxed and reassured. They walk you through everything and what to expect. I hope I don’t need another one any time soon, but this is certainly the place to go! 10/5 stars if I could as I am the worst hypochondriac , but it was so easy!!!
I had a very pleasant experience at this center. The staff were all polite, respectful, courteous and professional without exception. Could not have asked for a better experience.
