Speedy Delivery, Courteous Staff I've recently switched all of my prescriptions to this company for the following reasons. They are very helpful and will make sure you have all of your prescriptions when you need them. They go above and beyond to help get any problems resolved. The best pharmacy in entire Rochester!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The pill packs and delivery services are outstanding. The entire staff are very well trained and helpful. The new ownership made a big difference in the community. The owner Usha is the best and gives 100% to the job. Roshan, Eli, Cathy & Amanda are also very helpful. Overall very good people.

Love the "People & Service there!! I've been going there on and off since the mid-1970's, and for everything since my heart attack; and MY "FORCED RETIREMENT, 6+ YEARS AGO! I Have "ANY" problem and I speak to "Rochin, or Peta!" and INSTANTLY --"NO MORE PROBLEM!!!" They have "literally" have bent over "backwards to ease my "anxiety" and get me my meds; up to and including "ONCE A SPECIAL DELIVEY FOR ME ON A SATURDAY!!!!" I am a health professional who has had the need to call this pharmacy on behalf of my patients on numerous occasions. Organization and expertise are not part of what they offer. Once I know that a patient is using them I get ready for problems. If a patient is very stable and smart they may get what they need but if they are slightly confused or not knowledgeable, forget it.

Love the service! My mother is a old and she is on lot of medications, she always forgets to take her meds and have lot of missed doses. She was hospitalized couple times and home health care unfortunately didn't do a good job. One of my coworker recommended me for medication packaging and I searched couple places around and among all, the best pharmacy is Saratoga!
