I set up an appointment with Dr. Lambers over 4 months ago and have patiently awaited the new patient appointment. The appointment was for June 2023. Today I received a call that the hospital just sent in schedules to the doctors and Dr. Lambers is unable to see me. My options were 1. Take another OBGYN and Dr. Lambers would not see me for future appointments as the doctors do not see each others' patients and switching is not an option, or 2. From check-in to check-out, the staff was so professional and attentive, specifically Cheyenne. She was absolutely amazing during my visit.
Was scheduled for ultrasound at this location and left extremely upset due to unkind ultrasound tech. From waiting 20+ minutes to get in, being treated poorly emotionally throughout feeling already alone not allowed visitors to join, not being talked to while going through photos leaving me feeling uncertain while in pain from the tech pushing wand harshly into my stomach. Receptionist staff very friendly upon check-in and check-out. The nurses & doctors are very friendly and empathetic as well. I went for a routine yearly checkup and would recommend this practice to friends & family!
