My Husband has not once seen Dr.Rashid, just Rhiannon, the one under him, who in my opinion hasn't been helpful at all. When I attended one of his appointments I felt her bedside manners were lacking and dismissive. On top of that, she prescribed him medication without going through the proper measures to make sure he could safely take it and he got so sick from it, he left work mid shift to go to urgent care where a doctor was confused why she even prescribed it. Excellent place to go. Easy to find, pleasant staff and my doctor, Dr. Reback, is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and cordial.
I absolutely love my physician. BUT. And I mean BUT. This place is awful with just about everything other than their physicians and practitioners. And it's not just here but malta as well. My first appt in malta I waited for 40 minutes. Then for my follow up on the week of Thanksgiving I drove AN HOUR for this appointment. I arrive to be told that they CANCLED my appt without TELLING ME. They were "shocked I didn't know" no email, no text, no call. Nobody thought it would be useful to tell the patient their appt was canceled... read more
