Went to Pulmonary, Dr. Rashid with our disabled son. Very professional and we were in on time, with minimal intake paperwork as a new patient. Heather my son’s nurse was phenomenal and very nice.
Do not let waste your time here. Staff is negligent, uninformed, and does not care about your wellbeing: 1) Front desk staff is unaware of how the online portal works and incorrectly tells you that you need procedures done that you don't need. (I was told I definitely needed lab work done before a CT w/contrast scan, which I did not.) 2) Dr. Nguyen does not care about your wellbeing. I require a pre-procedure sedative due to extreme anxiety, which is a health protocol I've had in place for several years through many procedur... read more
