I hope you people are very proud of yourselves. Second time you ignored my husbands swollen foot the severe pain. Told us if he wasn’t better they would see him the next Monday. The next day was Saturday, he woke up swelling was worse, pain more severe. We went to Urgent care after checking his blood work, they found he had sepsis. The nurses are beyond rude on the phone.
There is one female receptionist that is extremely rude and condescending. She treats the clientele like trash. She makes me want to find a new location.
