This two star review is more a reflection of impact of poor management of the parent organization rather than the individual office itself. Each person at this office I have interacted with is kind and knowledgeable; however, it is clear that system issues are impacting staff morale and by proxy patient care. Office hours listed as 8-5pm on saratoga hospital website. Called at 448pm and recording said they were closed. Not the 1st time this has happened.
I can't recommend this group enough. Every practitioner. Every nurse. Every receptionist. Treats you with kindness, respect, truly listening and helps design a plan for a lifetime of wellness while treating specific medical needs. I love this group and would recommend anyone, especially women, to see them.
I don’t have transportation and this office I am able to walk to but they won’t let me return to get the vaccine I need to legally be allowed back in school bc of a no show over 4 years ago. HIGHKEY ridiculous. Now I have to pay someone to bring me elsewhere so I’m able to go back to school
