This facility is a joke since Saratoga Hospital took over. Can never get an appointment to see your primary when needed. This is an ongoing issue. Why have a primary there if you can never see them and office tells you to go to urgent care if you need to see a doctor.
After being a patient over 50 years, I can't believe the unprofessional operation here. I made an appointment for a physical. When I showed up I was told they couldn't do a "physical" just a wellness check. The PA tried to push vaccines, x-rays etc when I just wanted a physical. I was told to call back for a blood draw script so at least I can get it done since I'm on meds that recommend it and I'm in my 60's. My best experience came from dealing with the ladies at the front desk, other than that.. very unprofessional setting. I was ultimately denied a few test that I asked for with my blood work, my portals were ignored when trying to find out why these labs were not drawn for, needless to say I found a new primary and will not be attending this facility anymore. This review is solely based on my personal experience with the physician that was assigned to me, this review does not reflect on the entire staff.
I'm using my bfs account but I went today and saw the other doctor cuz I could get in faster and I've seen the other one a couple times now and they both r SO NICE and thorough. I have anxiety issues so alot of times in the past I didn't get doctors who checked into stuff it was marked up as my anxiety. These people are so thorough and so good. The nurses r great to. Worst office I’ve ever been too. Was put on medication for add for years and they told me they haven’t been writing the script until I brought the bottle on to confirm with them. Once they get realized I was right they said I was looking for a stimulant but didn’t have a problem so they were not going to give it to me
