My husband and I like it here. The staff is very nice there. When we have been sick we usually got in to be seen. When we have called for medicine refills they have been addressed. This practice is clean and well kept. Very convenient location to the Saratoga Hospital and our home.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. I came to this office hoping for clarity regarding a significantly delayed period and the possibility of pregnancy. Unfortunately, the visit left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. The provider didn’t ask basic questions that should be standard in this kind of appointment—such as when I last had unprotected sex or details about my cycle history. It's a primary care office, so they assess you and refer you to specialists. Never had an issue here.
I have never had any issues with this doctors office, until today. And don’t get me wrong I absolutely love my doctor and was so happy to have finally found a doctor that I really like and trust. Today though, I am greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I recommend finding a doctors office that actually cares about its patients because this one certainly does not.
