If I could give zero stars I would. Last year at this time I went to this place because I found out I was pregnant after 5 years of trying my "miracle baby". I was excited but nervous but knew I wanted to have a midwife deliver my baby. I met the most awful midwife ever Kathleen Murphy. I had a bunch of questions for her and every question I asked was answered in a rude and awful manner. I absolutely love your practice and the NP that I see there; however, your billing company (Saratoga Regional Medical) is simply awful to work with. They've made things so much more complicated than need be. I had to change my primary care provider within the practice just so a bill - from JUNE! - can be paid! Absolutely ridiculous and so very frustrating.

I switched to the practice 28wks into our second pregnancy. It was the BEST decision I could've made. I couldn't have asked for a better birthing experience or a better support team. From the minute I met them, I knew I had made a wonderful decision and my hope had been restored, not only for the birth I had hoped for but in the medical field as well. I switched to the group when they opened during my second pregnancy and was very satisfied with my care (baby born June 2015). I am now switching over for primary care as well. I recommend the group to all my friends!

Words can not express how thankful I am to have found this practice!! We loved everyone we saw for our prenatal visits, but a very special thank you to Kathy, Jen, and Barb for being there for our delivery and helping post delivery! They are the most supportive and amazing midwives! The front end girls of their office are so nice, and the nurses in the practice are fantastic as well!
