I would negative 5 stars if it would let me. They can't even handle the most common tasks such as importing an eye care report into their system and log it correctly. Now they make you pay to get blood work and give you 5 different stories all of which lead to we can't share your own blood results with you. After half of a month of trying to get them to send me Labwork results they finally send them out without even Including by name on the address label of the envelope. doesn’t mask even tho disabled folks see her and ask her to mask in order to stay live. where are we mentally to go if the folks who swear to do no harm, in fact, intentionally do harm
Karie Deming refused to provide very reasonable and inconsequential ADA accommodations. Safely providing care to disabled patients should be the priority, not a provider’s pride. I would not trust my health to be taken seriously by this person.
