If someone from there should call you and ask were the documents in the portal are don't be surprised if they give you some fake outrage to end the call so they don't have to help. Oh yeah that and they wait until your provider leaves to tell you that they are gone. Instead of telling you a month before when they actually left so you can plan accordingly. Don’t waste your time with this office! Was referred here 6 months ago and everytime I called for an appt. ( several times) they say someone will be calling me. I called today again only to be told they were not taking new patients !! Should have read the poor reviews for this office first

This place sent me a letter with only 2 days left on a cancelation of a doctor that was leaving. The letter was dated on September 19, 2025. I wear a cgm and there's no one at this facility who will monitor my glucose levels. Im type 2 diabetic and now I'm left with nothing. Talk about ADA, they left me high and dry. So, no one is monitoring my glucose levels. Think I'll file a complaint against them hire up the food chain.

Received a referral from my primary care physician over 2 1/2 months ago to Saratoga endocrinology been calling them every day for over two months and they refuse to give me an appointment. They should be ashamed of themselves here. I am advocating for my own health and they can’t even be bothered to give me an appointment after I’ve been calling every single day no reason for not giving me an appointment.
