Saratoga homes does shady illegal business. They added information to our contract without our knowledge or consent. I received a new construction home contract from Saratoga homes that states, “Buyers acknowledges and agrees that the sales price includes a lot premium of $3000 payable in cash at time of closing if the appraisal does not meet or exceed the sales price. My issue is when we signed the original contract the price was blanked. Which I assumed there was no premium. The builders added $3000 in the blank after we s... read more
