I don’t even know where to begin except to say I would never ever purchase another home from this builder again. The salesperson Beena pretty much lied about everything and said whatever she needed to say to get me to purchase the home. The model that was shown to me had a larger window in the master bathroom and when I asked about it ( the cutout in the home I was purchasing had a smaller cutout for the window) I was assured that the same size window would be in the home I was purchasing (a new build) I have documentation o... read more
My home is under warranty. Terrible service having someone to come service things that aren’t working in my home.
Absolute worst builder and most unprofessional company. They ignore all calls, messages, emails. Completely not respond to service requests. Issues that were pointed out during 4 point inspection prior to closing have not been addressed 7 months later. DO NOT buy from these people, save yourself the headache, do research. Tons of similar reviews with careless poor quality construction, cheapest materials, everything falls apart and never respond to service calls.
