BEN a worker in the trailor pk took away the big mound in the back of the trailor (GOOD JOB) I STILL HAVE THE CURTAIN DRAIN PROBLEM AND THE HEAVY RAIN THIS YEAR WASHED OUT THE PEA GRAVEL ( which i put back ) half of the roll pipe is still above the gravel ( WHICH MIGHT TAKE ANOTHER 3 YEARS TO FIX ( forget about the town ( code inforcement ) they are as bad as the pk mngment. for help. weve had 4 mngrs in 4 years ( the last one has done a grate job so far but is getting a lot of flack from the tennants BVECAUSE THE PK OWNERS ... read more
i,ve been waiting 3 yrs to have wk done on the land aRROUND MY NEW TRAILER PURCHAssed IN 2020 . THE CURTAIN DRAIN INSTALLED IN 2020 WAS HALF FINISHED AND THEY NOW Say they have no intention to complete it . there is a 4 ft mound of dirt that they left in the back of the trailer aND MADE RUTS WITH THEWRE BIG BACKHOE THE LANDS IN THE BACK AND SIDE ARE AT A 45DEGREE ANGLE which makes it hard to moe etc.
I really dont know how many times i have to be harrassed 'bout something im not able to fix obviously. Secondly powerwash my house? really? my house isnt a scum house like the house across from me and the house next to me this is BULLSHIT! i have disablilities i CANT work Dont they realize that i dont make much money but bill money wen will the harrassment end! also cant take broken tvs well better have a dumpster in the park! MY NERVES ARE SHOT!
Imagine your driving around potholes 3 foot wide, easily able to break your axle, blowout your tire, mess up your alignment ,and then an EMPLOYEE who was behind you, DRIVES up to your back bumper with window down...SCREAMING AT YOU for trying to avoid them...Yes that is what happened today 5/2/22. Employee road rage in a company truck, simply trying to avoid potholes, that could have been fixed WEEKS AGO! DON"T live here!!
It is Christmas day and you could ICE SKATE on Any street as they are NOT TREATED CORRECTLY. These employee's are so bad at EVERYTHING they do. It starts at the top and the ..... runs down from there. DON'T live here ,or be in fear of INJURY, EVICTION threats, horrible maintenance practices, LOTS under construction and not being completed when another begins. ,NEED NEW MANAGEMENT as you can see by reading the reviews.
