extremely horrible experience with Association ,be very carful dealing with those peoples, only money
extremely horrible experience at the pool. was approached by two male residents with extreme hostility claiming to be apart of the HOA, but did some digging and they are not. They failed to show real identity of being residents or HOA but called the cops on me and my family at the pool after the lifeguard said we could swim. Was referred to as “you people” multiple times and they were hostile until the very moment we left. this harassment through thinly veiled lies is unacceptable! something should change!
Horrible, cold hearted people only after your money. We were charged $750 in fees for “dirty exterior” even after having our house pressure washed. They used the original pictures taken of our house, not pictures taken after we pressured washed it. We were also charged $1500 in fees for not manicuring/cleaning out our beds which is ridiculous since we pay a company for landscaping and they service our yard every 2 weeks. If HOAs are supposed to be an asset to their community, this one is anything but. If you enjoy paying someone to dictate every aspect of your home, this place is definitely for you. They do not give back to the community in any way. Definitely do not expect good communication, either. They are happy to tell you what to do, but they will not answer your questions in any way. The tennis courts and pool are not worth it. Just don't.
