I can't speak for all those one-star reviews, but I felt John and Val really took care of me. I was looking for a part for my Toyota that costs almost $800 brand new, and he found one from a salvage car for $450 (shipping included). I spoke with John on a Thursday, and I've just received the part today, Monday! I was expecting to take about a week, but it came so fast. I feel John is a straight-shooter, old-school kind of guy, and his demeanor did not offend my delicate sensitivity. :) Val was also very helpful and straight ... read more
