The experience started out with great communication and he was very timely. To my surprise he showed up with a carpet scrubber instead of the chem dry machine the franchise uses. If you watch the videos it says they use light water, but none was used here. No hoses and no special machine to take the light water out. No extraction machine. It was a floor buffer! I was astounded by the cleanliness and overall appearance of my upholstery after Saratoga Chem Dry cleaned my older sofa. I wish I had called them sooner. My attempts to clean the sofa was time consuming and took forever to dry. If you have been putting off cleaning upholstery I strongly suggest you give Steve a call.
