This business doesn't seem to be open anymore, and even if they are, I wouldn't recommend trying. After trying for a year to land an appointment with an exceedingly reluctant receptionist (I have seriously never had so much trouble getting a receptionist to agree to give me an appointment), I called in November and set up an appointment for January 26.
