I have been trying to get skin care products developed for over 60 days. I honestly have to say the customer service is extremely poor! If your getting products made the turnaround times are horrible and I have a small order. I’m really in disbelief that they operate like this. I was truly expecting a great customer experience based off the website and was looking forward to doing a lot of business with these people. From formula design to FDA compliance to final manufacturing, I can't say enough good things about Sarati. Our product has 4 active ingredients and is currently patent pending.
