Rude staff on the phones. Answered in Spanish and asked “who are you” and when I gave my name, confused by her question, she started to get more rude and mean, talking really slow and demeaning asking “are you a new patient or what?” Like a teenager. Had to hang up after she started bragging about being a nurse “helping on the phones”
