I had two unpleasant conversations with the receptionist. In our last conversation, she argued with me about the ability to adjust the occiput, even though numerous upper cervical chiropractors have adjusted mine and my family's, and they have referred to the adjustment as an occiput adjustment. I looked this up online and many websites state that the occiput can be adjusted.
