Ms. Alaina is amazing! Not only does she provide a safe space where I know I can always go and share absolutely anything without judgement, she is also wonderful with my daughter when she is with me. She turned what used to be a scary place to her into some where she no longer afraid to go! Ms.Alaina is truly an invaluable resource and counselor at this location! Google and the front door of the building, both say they're open till 1:30 PM. But they close at 1pm ...missed my dose two days in a row because of this...👎👎👎
General 'customer service' is overall garbage...! Most of the staff have zero respect for the clients...! Very few quality people work here, and you usually leave feeling like you just got crapped on... But, they know, since they're pedaling addictive stuff, they can treat you like garbage and know you'll be back tomorrow for more...! The staff has improved slightly this year, but the employee turnover here is unbelievable...! If they last six months, it's a miracle...!!!
