Made an appointment for a procedure that was minor. Was charged 110 dollars for an office visit that they basically told me I need another appointment for procedure and that was it. Made the second appointment and got it set up with my work and they cancelled. I get that things happen but this was handled unprofessionally
I was told that there would not be a charge for this visit. The staff should confirm it.
Dr. Zamora has been our family dermatologist for over 30 years now! I am confident in his abilities through and through!
