January 2011: Nice set up, but didn't appreciate the visit from maintenance when we were NOT in our room that they had to fix our chair request. We didn't have a chair request. Thought it kind of rude when our personal items and valuables were in our room. idden but it's the point of entry that scared me. I complained but they said it was a mistake and they were supposed to fix the chairs in another room..WHAT? Mistake? We stayed there and rented three units and were very disappointed with the female manager, she would follow us around. No trust here, if you wanted to use the hot tub you needed to go get a key and then the manager kept walking back/forth. Elevator broken for a week, we were on 4th floor. Left a bag of presents by accident and called the next day and housekeeping said they found them and threw them away. I call that "Stealing" and totally unprofessional for a hotel resort.
