Worst office staffs. Try to get an appointment they said don’t call us we call you. It has been 3 weeks.
I was seen by Dr. Jody Abrams in December 2025 at SRI and had a very productive appointment. The individuals at the reception desk were thoughtful, kind and efficient, and the practice was run smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Abrams was caring and had great chairside manner. I will definitely be seeing him again in the future for a follow-up for this first appointment. Several things need to be noted, however. The office staff we're helpful, caring and professional. Dr Levy seemed very personable and caring. With this being said, having patients wait for over 3 hours or more is unacceptable. While speaking with other patients, I discovered this has been going on for years. There is absolutely no regard for other people's time. Shameful.
