Extremely painful experience trying to get them to call me back for an appointment even with a hospital referral. I was hospitalized at SMH and discharged on 9/12. On my paperwork I was advised by a neurologist to get a "stat" appointment...its now over 2 weeks later and cannot get them to call me back. How is that acceptable?
I was very pleased with my visits and service received from everyone here.
