Horrible experience ! absolutely rude, they make you wait forever they don’t give you treatment you need they put off giving you CAT scan scans and F MRIs and won’t give you medicine or Botox until you get them and you just sit and wait idle while the doctors bother you and give you an attitude. It is the worst institute I’ve ever been to for a migraine. They have the worst music on that you stay on hold on the phone that pierces your brain and gives you pain while you’re in there. Extremely painful experience trying to get them to call me back for an appointment even with a hospital referral. I was hospitalized at SMH and discharged on 9/12. On my paperwork I was advised by a neurologist to get a "stat" appointment...its now over 2 weeks later and cannot get them to call me back. How is that acceptable?
I was very pleased with my visits and service received from everyone here.
