I had been dreading replacing these architectural Windows in our primary bedroom as I knew once the Installation was complete that there would be a lot still involved in getting it stained properly to match the existing woodwork in the room. Sarasota residential Painting did a phenomenal job and were professional, courteous and easy to communicate with.

Great job! Quick response from Miguel and Julio. Miguel and his team were meticulous. They painted exterior soffits and fascia. Some of the work was in a difficult area to reach. Price was fair and the outcome was outstanding! I plan to have them do more painting in the near future.
Julio is fair, honest and professional. He painted all our facia & trim almost three years ago and he did a great job. We just noticed a small spot that peeled. Without hesitation, blame or excuses he arranged to come out and fix the spot immediately. It’s really refreshing to work with someone who is so committed to customer satisfaction.
Julio and his crew were exceptional! Especially Martina who was so precise and thorough. So easy to work with, get different estimates so I could choose the best options for my house. They did so well I kept adding other projects! They were always there when they said they would be and I couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommend Sarasota Residencial Painting!
