Mark was referred to me by a friend. He was a great realtor. This was my first home purchase and Mark was patient and listened to to my needs/desires. He is knowledgeable and represents his clients with the utmost integrity. He will flat out tell you whether he thinks the property is garbage, or whether it has potential and can be negotiated for a good deal. If possible I would give Mark 10 shiny stars. On two seperate occasions he took me, then my friends to view mulitple properties. He selected exactly what we were looking for. He was so thorough, organized, knowledgeable about each property and the neighorhoods. Myself and my friends ended up buying 2 beautiful properties and Mark has supported us every step of the way. We appreciate Mark Singer VERY much!
