I'm a regular customer for blood tests and other services and I am constantly impressed with the service, the employees and their professionalism and how well taken care of I am made to feel.
Every time I have gone, they do not have orders from SMH doctors. Even though it is the same organization, they do not communicate with each other because of outdated and broken technology. 3 times in a row, they have wasted hours of my time. Likewise, they do not send the results to your doctors. The lab is okay and fairly fast and efficient, but they clearly forgot the purpose of the labs - for your doctor to see. They also like to paw all over your ID rather than have a scanner. Again SMH uses 1980s tech. .
I was told I could get bloodwork done at lab and EKG at Urgent Care across the street. Buuuut nooooo you have to get them done all at the same place at Urgent Care after waiting at the lab.
