I am only leaving 3 stars because most of the staff is nice and the facilities are clean. I am not sure if they are just critically under staffed but when you are able to get the a room in 15 minutes and there looks to be very few people in the ER, you expect to not be sitting, waiting for hours in that room just waiting to hear what is next or what is even going on. They asked my wife if she wanted some medication for her nasuia and she told them and reminded them and still nothing. There is a lack of patient communication ... read more

I was having chest pains, so I went in for a couple of tests which came out normal. I was billed $4300 AFTER insurance. Before insurance, it was over $7000 for a blood test and a 2 minute conversation with the doctor saying I was fine. The doctor referred me to a follow-up doctor just to be safe, and that doctor never called me back.

My 98 year old father in law broke his hip and was taken to this hospital. He was well taken care of. A special shout out to the nurses on the 9th floor that took care of him. Marcia, Jordan and Jess just to name a few.
