I have a 2012 RX350 Lexus. I had AAA come by thinking it was my battery. After AAA did their inspection and tried everything possible to start the vehicle we both made the conclusion it is the Starter. I did a google search and due to the reviews I chose this mechanic to have my vehicle towed too. I have never been to this place before. I took the word of the Mechanic/Owner. I really can’t say enough about this business. The owner really cares that the job is done right. He stayed open after business hours just to help our timeline. He delivered the car to my Wife’s work when we were pinched for time. I appreciated the time he took to explain the repairs needed. Mitchell is awesome! Called him the day I got back from vacation with my ac not wanting to work. Told me to bring it in the following day to run an ac test and do an in depth inspection. Gave me best case and worst case scenarios to be upfront and prepare me. Called me a few hours later and told me it was the best case. Couldn’t beat the pricing he gave me to fix the problem and ac is now ice cold. Will absolutely be bringing my car back to him in the future!!!
