Used Sarasota Lock and Key for the first time to rekey 4 sets of locks to my master. My usual Lock service store was closed. I $32.20 per set. When I picked up my locks from Sarasota Lock and Key they billed me256.80 for 4 sets. I explained I will pay the bill and " just for information, I usually go to the Lock Man Store closer to my properties and they charge 16 per lock." RecommendedGeorge came this morning, right on time with a mask and kept safe distance. He rekeyed one lock and found that the deadbolt was just frozen and did not need any other work. I wouldn’t have known any better if he’d done unnecessary work and padded his bill. He was pleasant, quick, explained everything, and most importantly - was honest. I would highly recommend Sarasota Lock and Key !

This is a shout out to Nancy, Robert, and Jim and at SARASOTA lock and key! I have high end Cantera doors with a 3 piece locking system. I called all around to get my lock replaced and no one would take on the job or they said they needed 2 guys to complete it. However, with Jim that wasn't the case he got to the site looked over the lock and had it installed in about an hour or so. The craftsmanship and the professionalism from this company is top of the line!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith. Joanna G... read more
