The customer service is extremely poor there. I called about coming in to sign a consent a day earlier for my mentally disabled brother as I would not be able to be there the folowing day of the procedure. I also told them there would be an assistant from the nursing home the day of procedure. The staff (teresa) laughed at me and told me that was impossible! My brother lives in a nursing home.
