Dr. Sassano has treated me in the past for multiple reasons from stitches to the flu ect.. Best beside manner I have ever experienced!
Sassano does not have any empathy or compassion. He does not care about treating people to make them better. He only cares about his reputation and making money. He lets patients sit for hours and turns away critically ill patients in desperate need. I've seen this happen many times. The office staff are very lazy as well. I will not be going back there. Ever.
Very unprofessional and rude staff, my wife and children have been patients for years, in the past few, it's been one bad experience after another. Even when other medical services have reached out for authorizations or referrals, Dr. Sassano's staff has ALWAYS been really nasty, difficult to assist, and even denied giving referrals, something unheard of. Dr. Sassano and his staff are an exceptional team, Ms. Sophia is kind and professional with a smile on her face even under the mask. I appreciate Kathy, the office manager and being patient with billing issue the new NP, and Dawn just to name as few . They are great I drive across town almost a 30 min trip but it is well worth to be provided with such great service.
7 years now.... been with him through 4 surgeries, several complaints of getting older, and ALWAYS, he takes the time to listen toy ou. I will not go to another physic8...even if I have to pay out of pocket . He is the real deal.
