The only issue with section 8 voucher doesn’t have much choices only ghetto apartments. The employees are ok exempt The girl who answered the phone says “Mam don’t call over here we don’t have anything to do with your letter you need to wait until they send out another letter. “ I told her this is 11 months ago and you can’t help me for any updates??.., she was in a rush and bother over the call.
I never had any issues with the housing authority because I always try to abide by their rules & regulations and have my paperwork in order for recert. Ms Hernandez has been my case HCV Specialist for a while and I never had to complain and she has never had an issue with me. I give her a 5 +
