I never had any issues with the housing authority because I always try to abide by their rules & regulations and have my paperwork in order for recert. Ms Hernandez has been my case HCV Specialist for a while and I never had to complain and she has never had an issue with me. I give her a 5 +
Today I’m leaving this review because my mom has had enough with the staff at this Sarasota housing authorities because she’s keeps on calling and the women answering the phone keeps ignoring her or hanging up in her face I didn’t want to reach this Point but clearly I have to since I seen the reviews and people are leaving they must be getting the same treatment the women at the front desk has been rude anytime I’ve been to the establishment and over the phone if your gonna be taking calls you should be able to have the pat... read more
