My name is James Snyder and my wife Jennifer Eller Snyder. My mother-in-law (mom) was a resident here and recently passed away. As my wife, we were not happy with her being placed here. It was not our decision. However, upon meeting Tom Weiver, RN, DON, this changed everything. He has been the most compassionate, caring, patient and kind person we have ever known. My wife has been in Sh& rehab over a month , it’s a transition for her , but Tom the director of nursing and his nursing staff have made the transition into the facility as smooth as possible for all involved , nursing staff and CNA’s show compassion and care , PT, OT, dietary and Dr’s . I recommend considering this facility to care for your Loved one. Thank you for your Loving care. . Michael W.
