The activity department always has something interesting scheduled. The assistants are very involved and the activity director is very kind and helpful. Once a month there is an after dinner Casino Night with 21, Roulette and Texas Hold 'Em with candy and chips as prizes. It is always a favorite of the residents.
Does this place ever answer their phones? Been calling for a solid month. No option to leave a VM either.
I previously had an issue with the center, but once addressed, the situation was resolved. I command the staff for being accountable and really showing that they care. Dianna is a lovely soul and I feel my love one is in great hands when she around. Also the CNA ladies are very kind as well.
I've noticed a significant change in the facility as of recent. The employees are attentive, and truly seem to love their job and care of the patients. It looks like a lovely place to work.
My experience with this facility has been excellent! The staff gets along and they all work together to make sure that all of the residents are provided with top notch care. That is evidenced, not only by all of the laughter between the staff and residents in the public areas, but by the compassionate cars given in the private areas. A great group of people who enjoy coming to work to help others. ❤️
