Hoping for a smooth, communicative, process as they promised- Sarasota Glass and Mirror was disorganized from start to finish after collecting my first down payment. For starters, they quoted the project entirely wrong with their veteran sales rep and they never notified me about their “mistake”. From the first visit to assess the windows of my house and provide a really reasonably priced estimate, to the ‘dream team’ of Josh & Gary on installation, and for all customer service interactions, Sarasota Glass & Mirror has been super professional and really easy to work with. Plus, I love 💕 my new windows!!!!
We just had them replace all of our windows and replace some glass. Their workers are professional and did everything to ensure our furniture would be wrapped and even cleaned up afterwards. Thank you

Have had them come and measure custom glass for tables, nightstands etc.. Showed on time, professional, and install was perfect - laid each piece of glass with tabs and made sure all pieces were clean. Prices are very reasonable.
They installed a shower door for me in 2013. I needed a repair done on it and they informed me that they do not service their product. They sent me to the Shower Shop, who gladly came out and repaired my problem.
The quality of their products are good, but their service representatives are not customer oriented. We had two doors installed by them and one year and one day later we called when our alarm system kept going off and the security company said it was because the door was pulling away from the frame causing the magnets to set off the alarm. We called SG&M to ask them to come back out and repair the door and they said they would not since it was over a year old. We will never use them again.

The invoice is dated 7/14/15, this is 3 years and 2 months old, not 1 year and 1 day as you said it was. I have also checked with my office to see if anyone was familiar with you calling into my office. No one has heard from you in this matter.
