These guys are fantastic. We called them because our previous vendor was non-responsive. They jumped in and made our repairs. These guys were professional, timely, responsive and communicated very well. Fantastic customer service. They have become our go to vendor for anything they are able to do for us. The old saying is... you need to kiss a bunch of frogs until you find your prince. Prior to using Sarasota Gate & Access I had tried 3 other gate service companies and none compare to the service provided by Sarasota Gate & Access. My gate is located directly across the street from the gulf on Siesta Key, which poses additional challenges from the salt air and mist... and needless to say, they have never let me down. I would highly recommend their installation and service department.
