I've been a Condo Manager for 28 years and find it refreshing to find a gate company that stands behind their work and actually care about the customers satisfaction.I give Sarasota Gate & Access a million more stars out of 5 for being a Top Notch Company.

I am a property manager for a local apartment community and we had our gate down for about 2 weeks trying to get the original installer out; however, after numerous unanswered calls and emails I decided to just reach out to Sarasota Gate & Access instead and I couldn’t be happier! They were able to schedule service the next day and their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get the gate back up and running within 20 minutes and now I have happy Residents again. Thank you Sarasota Gate & Access.

Jack was amazing. He came to perform preventative gate maintenance for our gated community and was wonderful. He got the main entrance gate to stop squeaking! Our Maintenance Techs tried but it was still squeaky. He explained everything and was so kind. Thanks Jack!! We hope to work with him more in the future.
