So, this is a place where people are treated and tested for mold, yet this office tested Positive for mold per the manager. So, which patients are coming in and getting exposed to it and testing positive and which ones actually were exposed before coming here?!! Unethical practices and very sad that this practice is not taking better care of their office, allowing their workers and patients to be subjected to mold.
Don't surrender your healthcare to this psychiatrist. He withheld my signed release of information documents upon my request. He also forged a signed release of information document for someone I never approved. If you care about your patient rights, find another doctor.
Finally, a doctor that listens and dives in for the answers rather than a bandaid!
