I had a recall for my Ford Explorer. Michael August was my service advisor—excellent service, attentive, and friendly.
Purchased a 2023 Ford Transit 250 used and wanted service to repair the rear differential leaking. Called and scheduled appointment and went to dealership and was told that my vehicle was to be repaired by by the commercial truck area. Go back to that area and checked in at 10 am. I then was told they keep the truck for 2-3 days. WHAT? I use the truck for my business. I cancelled and went to bradenton Ford. They'll fix it while I wait. Sarasota Ford has a lot to learn. Just another bad experience with this place!

Service was great, and our advisor Christy was wonderful. After several visits, they were finally able to identify the issue, which was very difficult to diagnose. We’re happy to have our car back in good condition. The only downside is with Ford - since the car was in service for about a month and a half, all the perks that came with the new vehicle expired, and no extension was offered—even though we mentioned it at sales.
