Called to schedule a warranty repair for EPA controlled device(cat) that I already had diagnosed at another ford dealer. They are back ordered and I was out of state, its all in my vehicle report history. So, they want me to leave my vehicle for 2 days for them to do what has already been done at another ford dealer. Very disappointed with Sarasota Ford. We purchased a heavy-duty vehicle, expecting it to be fully functional and properly inspected. Just a few weeks after the purchase, we discovered that one of the exterior rear power outlets does not work. This is a basic feature for a heavy-duty vehicle and should have been disclosed or repaired before the sale. What makes this situation worse is the lack of accountability from management.
