Service was great, and our advisor Christy was wonderful. After several visits, they were finally able to identify the issue, which was very difficult to diagnose. We’re happy to have our car back in good condition. The only downside is with Ford - since the car was in service for about a month and a half, all the perks that came with the new vehicle expired, and no extension was offered—even though we mentioned it at sales.
I would give this place a 10-star rating if I could. The team is outstanding, and the level of service is second to none. Mike, my advisor, consistently goes above and beyond—he always takes great care of me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. The service department at Sarasota Ford is top notch! I took my new vehicle in for its first service and this department exceeded my expectations. Matt T. was so helpful and friendly! He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. I had a challenge when trying to pick up my car since I work late hours and he worked with me to ensure that I was able to get it! The customer service I received was amazing and I will definitely be coming back next time my vehicle needs service! I highly recommend them!
