Had a great experience today at Sarasota Ford for a routine oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT. First of all the entire service team were friendly and walked me into the service station and then into the waiting areas. Wally, was quick an efficient on the computer, identified using Ford points for service as an option and even signed me up for a buy one get one free program without me asking about it. Eric P. provided me with excellent service! I took my F-250 in to get my transmission looked at and received a loaner vehicle for the time my vehicle was in the shop. The mechanics did a great job fixing my truck. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles in to be serviced at Sarasota Ford!
