I bought a used Ford car from a different ford dealership in Orlando and a week later the check engine light came on which I was annoyed about. But since it's under warranty they said I could go to any place for service. So I ended up going here since it was close. I was told I'd probably be without a car a few days and with 3 toddlers it definitely seemed like this would be an inconvenience. Went in this past spring for service and yesterday. Such a pleasant experience….holds the door open for me, communicates clearly, gives me a voucher to use at their amazing cafe/restaurant, and both times finished the service earlier than expected. Oh, and they price matched. We used to have a BMW and I used to think that was great service but no one can compete with Sarasota Ford Service.
They will tell you what ever you want to hear until you actually take your vehicle in, then things change now we don’t have a loner and an hour and a half turns into 7hrs. I don’t appreciate the half truths, I need a vehicle for work!!! I don’t sit behind a desk answering phones all day!
Sarasota Ford Mobile service is the best. Demetrios is the most pleasant and professional person. He thoroughly explained everything they did to service the vehicle and also handled the recall work. I could not be happier with this service. I highly recommend them.
