I brought my vehicle here after a factory recall for a fuel control module. The car ran horribly afterwards has some kind of a vacuum leak for almost 7 months. I have been begging them to look at it. They would like me to pay for a service call fee in order to get my car to even be looked at that’s crazy go somewhere else. This kind of service shouldn’t be allowed in. Ford should pull their program working with this dealership.
I own a 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor and initially had service done at a Ford dealer that is about 15 mins from my home. The service experience was never good, so I took my business to Sarasota Ford, about 45 minutes from my home. I could not be happier. Went in for oil change and brake check. They did a great job and worked quickly.
I speak very little English, that’s not why it was a problem to communicate here, the parking staff, reception grade 1000. Congratulations on the care, agility and professionalism with customers! I highly recommend it!
Had a great experience today at Sarasota Ford for a routine oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT. First of all the entire service team were friendly and walked me into the service station and then into the waiting areas. Wally, was quick an efficient on the computer, identified using Ford points for service as an option and even signed me up for a buy one get one free program without me asking about it.
