The department of health needs to check the mental health of the nurses or whatever they are working here. Went to take my kids immunization records. Just because I didn't have an appointment they don't want to help me. Speaking to each other and yelling in Spanish thinking you won't understand them, just because you decided to speak English to them. Very nasty attitude and use of profound words. MISERABLE experience. I left traumatized with blood dripping down my arm…. I went in because I got recommended by planned parenthood (I’m still a teen). I needed to go in to be std tested because of a very traumatic and non consensual experience which made me even more nervous than I already was. I kept repeating to them that I have anxiety and have never had an appointment like this before. The program health in motion I met with Marilee and Cathy 2 extraordinary, very highly intelligent and professional ladies answered all my questions, and gave me lots of support and encouragement. Wonderful free program I recommend to anyone come to the library and get a free testing.
