This is an extremely well run facility. I had a colonoscopy done this morning. Gretchen first set me up for my procedure and she was excellent with explaining everything. Then I was wheeled on a gurney into the procedure room. Everything was immaculate and I noticed all women staff. Dr Dukandar spoke with me before and after and let me know everything went smoothly with no problems. I had been given protocol and woke up with no problems. I highly recommend this facility.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had for medical. Just call and try to get a person on the phone or even a call back. Horribly managed practice.
Horrible experience- Dr. Loewe misdiagnosed me after a procedure. He said the problem would go away. They told me to put this cream product on the area. I called office several times & received no call backs because condition was getting worse. I went to my primary care physician since I couldn’t get an answer from Loewe. Turns out I had squamous cell cancer! Had to have it surgically removed because of the size. Do not go to this practice.
Poor service from my nurse. Turn-and-burn style performance, charging $200-$300 for 10 minute consultations and immediately suggesting $2000+ colonoscopies without any other forms of diagnostics. My nurse is also under the belief that diabetes doesn’t cause any digestive issues. I would go back and request a different form of diagnostics but my nurses lack of knowledge, empathy, and competence is deterring me. Will find a different practice.
