This place is fantastic! I have been going to Eric for years and he always fixes my Cadillac and also my mom's Denali with great service and impeccable details. I encourage everyone to go here. It's the best of the best!
Eric has always been one of the best auto repair shops in town. He takes great pride in his work and personally vouches for the quality of his service. Many times he'd come back and keep working on it until it was just right, not double and triple charge as in other locations. He'd be careful to do what's needed and let you know about the general state of affairs of your vehicle. Highly recommended!
We are embarrassed by the way we were duped by this man. Erich offered to buy our car for $7000 if he could pay at $1000 a month with a $2000 down payment. We had a good relationship with him over about 15 years, so we agreed and he signed a contract on behalf of Sarasota Auto services which, it turned out, he was not entitled to do. The $2000 down payment was in the form of a company check for $3500, of which Erich wanted $1500 back as a loan. Very disappointing....we had a check engine light on our BMW 750i. Eric assured me he could take care of the problem. He charged us $2,100 for the repair and the check engine light is still on and the car is not running as well as it did before it was serviced. BEWARE!
