OWNER is not NICE and verbally tells you that she will NOT complete services. We purchased a laser hair service from Sara's salon. Upon one treatment we chatted with her to schedule an appointment. She responded with a time. When we entered the business, the owner/Sara began to yell, informing us we were late. However, we came in at the time she indicated.
