This couple works extremely well together and are very amusing! I’m not typically a salon girl, but I’d thought I’d splurge a bit. I’m very thankful i did because I’m so happy with my highlights, they make me look completely different and I’ve received so many compliments. Roberto started the coloring process and Sara finished it up with an amazing blowout. I have truly enjoyed my experiences spending time with them. They are darling!
This review is for their son Stefan, in the 12 years of getting my hair done I have never in my life been given this bad of service. Where do I start with this nightmare of a service? Stefan kept repeating himself over and over, smelled of alcohol, cancelled on me 3/4 times to fix my hair with numerous excuses, didn’t get close to what I wanted done, burned my hair, as well as delaying my refund for 3 weeks. I have never heard so many excuses and have never been treated this way, working in a customer service industry myself... read more
