Does not pay subcontractors. Therefore the workers he uses are not professional at their trade. Lots of complaints from clients. Poor call backs after he gets his money.
I've worked with many GC's in the past, but Steve and his men at Sarap are the best, bar none. They are very talented, neat & clean. Steve manages his men very well and their custom carpentry is quite exquisite. Steve is a good communicator which is very important during the new construction process, always available to oversee and answer questions. Steve manages all the trades properly so there are no delays. I highly recommend Sarap.
