The after-sales service at this repair shop is terrible; they actively stall for time, and they simply don't know how to fix the car properly.
First Cadillac purchase and first service visit. The vehicle was dropped off in perfect condition and returned with scratches on the window glass that were not present at pickup. The service manager I dealt with was unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to properly address or investigate the issue. I was also told not to return for future service after raising concerns. Had a terrible experience at Sarant Cadillac, they dinot even fix my car i have to take off from my work but they dinot even do anything .
I had a very bad experience here. I brought my car in six times for the same problem, and it was never properly fixed. Each visit took two to three days, but the issue continues. This has been a major waste of my time. The management may be polite, but the mechanical service quality is very poor. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this dealership for repairs.
My accessibility features stopped working, and my friend recommended this repair shop. My English isn't very good, so I used translation software. Thank you so much for your patient service! I will definitely choose this shop again when I buy another Cadillac in the future. Thank you again!
