I believe I faced discrimination, abuse of power, and potential racism as an Asian customer. No Sarrant Cadillac and Mr. Joseph
Highly not recommended Mr. Joseph is very rude and arrogant and didn’t do my work.He create more problems for me. Now I have to take it to the other dealer. He wasted my three days. Highly not recommend it highly not recommend it highly not recommended.
It’s been 7 days since Mr. Joe is not fixing my vehicle. Every time I go there he tries to take more money from me and is not getting my work done. He is doing like abuse of power. He is the manager there and very annoying. Will definitely not recommended to anyone. Please save your money and don’t go to Sarant Cadillac. Find yourself another dealer. This place is trash. Now I am going to GM to file a complaint against Sarant Cadillac. Thank you for your disrespect and rude behavior Mr Joe.
Not pleased with Mr Joe’s service. Will not recommend Sarant Cadillac to anyone.
